Recovery coaching and case management
Break Free Recovery works one-on-one with people building a life after addiction, and with the families standing beside them. No judgment, no script, no shame. Just steady support from people who have been there.
Confidential. Free first conversation. No obligation.

What we do
Treatment is a starting point, not a finish line. The hard part is everything that comes after: the appointments, the paperwork, the job, the family, and the ordinary Tuesday when nobody is watching. That is the part we help with.
Regular, structured sessions with a coach who has walked this road, focused on the daily work of staying well rather than on diagnosing you.
Learn more about One-on-One Recovery CoachingThe logistics of recovery are their own full-time job. We handle the coordination so you can put your energy into getting well.
Learn more about Case ManagementAddiction affects the whole household. Families get their own guidance on how to help without losing themselves in the process.
Learn more about Family Support and EducationThe weeks after treatment ends are the highest-risk stretch there is. We build the plan before you need it.

Call or send a message. The first conversation is free, confidential, and has no obligation attached to it. You do not need to have anything figured out first.
We look at where you are right now, what has and has not worked before, and what support you actually need. That becomes a written, specific plan.
Regular sessions, real accountability, and coordination with your wider care team. We adjust as life changes, because it will.
What we believe
Choosing who to trust with this is a serious decision, usually made at the worst possible time. Here is what you can count on from us.
More about usNo one gets shamed into recovery. We start from your actual life and circumstances, not from where a program says you should be.
Our coaches have been through this. That is not a marketing line. It changes what the conversation sounds like from the first minute.
What you share stays between us. We do not discuss your situation with anyone without your explicit permission.
Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. When you need a licensed clinician, we say so and help you find one.
